Order Cancellations

Non-Customized Orders

If you need to cancel a non-customized order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order is in production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, our standard refund policy will apply.

Customized Orders

Customized orders, including personalized cakes or desserts, require more time and resources to prepare. Therefore, cancellations for customized orders must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a customized order.

Refunds

Non-Customized Orders

If a non-customized order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

Customized Orders

Due to the unique nature of customized orders, refunds for cancelled customized orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with the refund method mentioned above.

Return of Food Items

Non-Customized Items

As our desserts are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for non-customized items once they have been picked up or delivered.

Customized Items

In the rare event that a customized item does not meet our quality standards or if there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
